โ โ โ โ โ While the store here is small, the crew are courteous, helpful and went beyond their role when serving customer. This is the first store I visited where the staff proactively inform me of the point I have accumulated and what I can use the point for. They are also very patient when answering my queries.

โ โ โ โ โ I like its location here, very convenient and strategic location, near to elevators, entrance from Lrt and Ktm Sentral. Staff here is nice, not pushy or arrogant, so I can take my times to decide what to buy? Most of the products from this brand, I like very much but expensive....best times to buy when Christmas sales and only times, you can get good deal.

โ โ โ โ โ Notice the reviews here are all quite outdated. Visited this store recently for the recycling program but the staff there were not very friendly. I might be sensitive but it felt as if they didn't treat me as a customer but just someone who wants "free stuff".
They didn't do anything overboard but it definitely made me consider supporting other outlets in the future.

โ โ โ โ โ I would willing to give Loccitane which is located at Nu sentral branch's staff a 5 star review , customer service super amazing !!! I love it ! ??
I don't have any experience from loccitane, I'm not member also. My friend gave me hand cream as present , product is smell nice cause me come in to shop take a look.(To be honest I just want survey those product, I don't have any purchase mindset at the moment. )
Then a sweet staff come and serve me with introduce me which product is customer more frequently to choose. She slowly explain without giving me any pressure, just let me try those sample. I don't have any stress when try sample product, her action and attitude just like loccitane product, can let customer relax down their heart.
I appreciate her service, I'm glad can have a chance serve by her. And Loccitane's marketing also surprised me , after purchased can get a paper flower with fragrance smell together.
Really want to say thank you from my bottom heart again to Ms.Rose, she provide a good service and let me more confident on this brand. โค๏ธ
