★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!! Staf suruh letak saja baju PUTIH BERMANIK DAN LACE SAYA atas kaunter (kaunter tu tak bersih dan ada daki-daki). Saya tanya - kalau kotor nanti macam mana? dia jawab "nanti nak dry clean jugak kan". Lepastu bila dia ambil baju saya, dengan kasarnya - digulung tekan2 remuk , masuk dalam bakul tepi kaunter. Bila saya tegur, katanya "memang SEMUA kami buat macam ni....kalau tak percaya dengan kami....." (Dengan nada yang tidak profesional dan rude sangat, seakan akan nak cakap- Tak kisah pun kalau kau tak buat dengan dobi kami). Saya sangat pelik dan marah- This is the worst experience of laundry in my whole life. Not professional at all.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !! The staff told me to just put my WHITE BEADED AND LACE shirt on the counter (the counter was not clean and there were steps). I asked - if it's dirty, what will it be like? he replied "later I want to dry clean too". Then when he took my shirt, roughly - rolled up and crushed, put it in the basket by the counter. When I reprimanded him, he said "indeed ALL of us do this .... if you don't believe in us ....." (In an unprofessional and very rude tone, as if about to talk- It doesn't matter if you don't do it with our laundry). I am very weird and angry- This is the worst laundry experience in my whole life. Not professional at all.
