★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of an oil palm estate owned & managed by Kuala Lumpur Kepong Bhd (KLKB),one of the Malaysian top 5,largest plantation companies.
The community in this estate are consisted of the locals,Malay,Chinese & Indian.There are also a few foreign workers from various countries & nationalities in Asia.The most fascinating facts about the community in this estate are their attitude of cooperation,understanding & respect each other.The environment here are very good,there no open burning allowed.The method of zero burning policies,using the natural methods by rearing a barn owl to control the rats population without any chemical poison baits.They also have their own auxilary police to maintain the peace,law & order within the community.So far, I find that this place are very interesting,safe & it is a nice place to live.
