★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very strategic for location, 2 LRT nearby with walking distance to bukit jalil LRT...Many way for accessible for highways (NorthSouth Highway/Mex/Kesas/MRR2)...Just about 3mins to Pavilion 2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very terrible place to stay, the management have no control of the visitor, no screen temperature for visitor , is a new building undergo renovation, poor workmanship the drilling sound even is far next door but it feels like just right beside your ear. They even allow renovation to work during public holiday and weekend. Dust is everywhere the condo , corridor never clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very strategic place to stay, but the cons are, very bad management service they have. Even tho it’s a new building, a lot of tenants renovation been done with the management approval despite any renovation can’t be done within 5 years of accomplishment of the building construction.
This poor workmanship of building, drilling sound of renovation, occupancies of materials by contractors into the lift, dust everywhere, corridors not clean, making a huge nuisance to the people who’re staying there.
