★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I actually stayed at double fan room here, which was very quiet and peaceful all the time. Laundry machine can be used for free of charge, great benefit for the guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad and poor staff. We just check in there last weekend, this one japannese old man come and shout us at the homestay and doesnt speak english at all. When we call the owner, same thing happen which the owner scold and shout at us. We request for explaination and try to set up to meet the owner but the owner refuse to come and discuss even reject our phone call. Please improve on your attitude and behaviour for more peaceful environment.

We arrived late with notice but the night caretaker wouldn't let us in. Booked through AGODA, but Agoda also couldn't do anything to help the customer.
So cheked in the next day and came back in the afternoon, we were harrassed by the Japanese guy who apparently lIves there. Scolded our friend for not remembering to take off his shoes and physically shoved and blocked the way in front of my friends. Scolded and screamed at us in Japanese. A very upsetting experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Rude, unprofessional, hostile and kicked out of our own place. A japanese guy kicked my friends and i out of the hostel. We werent allowed to check in even when we sent notice via email about checking in late and there was no response. The japanese guy was hostile and rude for pushing my friend. NEVER coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE MOST UNWELCOMED AND UNSATISFIYING HOMESTAY I HAVE BOOKED. We were late and informed agoda before hand via email. As soon as we arrive we were kicked out from the homestay and had to search for new hotel to stay for the night. The next afternoon we checked in the hostel wanted to take a shower, we did invite our friend just to accompany us, and YES theres one old Japanese guy came in and shout at us without notice. We did call (talked nicely) to the owner asking to discuss face to face but the owner refuse to come imstead insulted us for being a bad customer. WHAT THE HELL IS THAT ATTITUDE. We did not asked for refund and that was nice enough. To who ever wanted to book this hostel it WAS NOT ADVICEABLE. THE PLACE WAS NOT EVEN GOOD. THE SERVICE SUCKS. THE STAFF WAS NOT EVEN FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THIS . IS . THE . WORST .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As no rules and regulations were explained from the start, a hostile Japanese guy who doesn't speak English at all kicked us out of the house out of a sudden. Not to mention that he's being both physically and verbally aggressive. He claims that only guests are allowed to be in the house which we weren't informed. We're just waiting for our friends (guests) to shower. Worst experience.
