Last week I called the firm that said I haven't received duplicate copy for my S&P agreement, and being informed that the duplicate copy docs actually already sent to me in few years ago. If need ctc copy need to pay for it, it is okay to pay if the docs really lost in the mailing process. However, jz discovered that actually the firm didn't even mail out my S&P agreement, and I already made the payment before the thing been discovered. Almost VP but the S&P agreement not even send out to buyer. Very bad impression

β β β β β This is a genuine firm, I sold my hse using their service.
Before that I have no idea whether is a fraud, guessed I learn it the risky way, cos I don't know how to check, where to check whether all these firm are genuine or spam?
Anyone have a website or apps with helpful information, please do share for those who selling their property for the first time.
It is good to know, I have been worrying dead until I receive my cheque and clear it only my heart feel relief ....

β β β β β The service is top notch from start till the end. Buying a home, the process can be quite tough but trust Lee Lam & Tan Advocates to do the job well and provide sound advice. Ken & Eva were helpful and always answered my questions. I also met with Mr. Lee Lam, the owner who came in on a Saturday to accomodate my time. He also graciously helped me to pay Indah Water bill. Any financial matters, you may discuss with them as they have contacts on financing. I am fully satisfied and fortunate to get the keys within three months or so. Normally it could take up to six months. EPF withdrawal is possible with proper documentation. All carefully prepared by the lawyers. Thank you for making my home buying journey an eventful one.
