★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never trust them. Called them twice to confirm if they have the tiles I wanted (spelled the part #). They said they have 10 pcs left @ RM6.50 / pc. Went over, they said they heard the part # wrongly and conveniently say that their customer is willing to let go a few pcs & RM10 / pc. Very bad experience with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience with these guys, was supposed to pick up my tiles at 11am when reached it had not arrived, guys told me he will call and by 2:30pm had not received any calls.
Tried calling their HQ and was worse as nobody there was willing to entertain was passed to one rude lady whom before I could read out the 'SO' number she immediately asked me to call another number.
Had to go to the warehouse again and this time the story was the lorry from Seremban had broken down, excellent and here we have the tile guys at home waiting to lay with no tiles.
They really need to learn some customer service and responsibility would never recommend these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are currently using Lorenza Ceramica 2 feet by 4 feet tiles! It is amazing! in 2021, we decided to have a small shop facelift and changed our flooring. We were then introduced to Vincent from Lorenza Ceramica. He is very knowledgeable and showed us the different varieties of tiles which can be used in our outlet.
They have plenty of choices to choose from! Prices were very reasonable as well. And to be honest, we ordered slightly less but Vincent and his team managed to send the additional tiles which we need immediately without having to delay our completion time!
