★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. Never drop off any of your parcels here. They will never send it and come up with all sorts of excuses. I dropped a parcel off on monday (17/06), on duty staff was sleeping inside. Had to wake him up and hand over the parcel. Then I called them on wednesday to ask why hasn't it been shipped yet as customer service mentioned next day shipment. Until today (23/06) SUNDAY, parcel still in the centre, worst part is they cut off phone calls when you question regarding parcels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is terrible. Do not send or keep your stuff at the parcel 365 locker service there. The staff said that they will take out all the items from the locker at night stating it was not safe to leave things in the locker over night. Even though I was suppose to be the only person with the pin to take it out. According to them they have a master to take out the items. They even accused the staff in the morning for not scanning the items when it was put in the morning. So it does not make sense and it is insecure to keep your items in the 365 locker. How would they identify which items belong to who. After arguing with them for awhile, they tried to key in the pin but could not open it. Feeling frustrated I keyed in the pin myself and it open with my items in there. How could their own staff keep advising me that the items have been taken out ? It is very misleading and the person in the morning blame me for shouting at the night staff. Obviously the night staff have not been train and misinformed me and does not own up to their mistakes. Terrible services rendered by all their staffs and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ricky is one of the most thoughtful and smart cust service. Not an 'ordinary' person like most of us. But he make himself useful. I hope the management look into the lighting system of this office. Is dim and the down light is blinking non stop. I feel so uncomfortable. Moreover the staff who works there all day long.
