★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ms. Wani/ medical assistance was very rude in handling patient. She was not in when we reach there. After several call she come in with very sour face. N asking very rudely on the detail till we feel like we were some dirty ppl. Of couse my daughter was committing, but it's her job to attend to us. Sience there were no one, she also left and we were there for emergency, she is not happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to the MCO my father who is the diabetes patient unable to go to the klinik for regular check-up because we are currently staying in KL and not allowed to cross state. I'd called up the klinik and spoke to a helpful pharmacist Ms. Heaw for assistance. She was so understandable and very helpful asked for all relevant details and past history record to get the medicine ready to be delivered to the house.
I'm glad and would like to give an encouragement to those who working in klinik kesihatan to give more prihatin to the society and also to the people who really needed help during this difficult situation. Keep the good job Ms. Heaw Yu Teng!!! The community definitely need a people like you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff in Room 12 of KKM Lukut are too noisy! There should be some form of decorum since there are sick patients all around.
I hope they can be advised to tone down their laughter, shrieks and chatter. I notice that there is always a group of 4 to 5 nurses in this room. The door is kept open. Patients in the waiting area seem highly irritated by the loud chatter coming from this room.
Pls do something about this.
