My bag pouch was missing and she help me found one foc , Thumbs up for their service . I would definitely recommend all my friends to buy/sell their bags here <3

Evonne also very helpful and nice person ? actually I know them 5 years ago for buying a chanel bag from them . They have provide buy on behalf at Europe . Recommend for buyer or seller to contact them . Only 100% authentic product ?

My first time purchase was all ok and when it comes to my second purchase just a few days ago, I was advised that deposit can be paid to reserve the bag. & I was told beforehand that it’s fine if I pay the deposit within 24hrs and the rest of the payment within 3days. So I did, I paid the deposit within 24hrs and they told me it was sold to others. I asked for explanation and what I get was just excuses ‘sorry, but we do have one in lambskin’. ??????
Why don’t you sell the lamb skin to the others at the first place?????
So I assume they asked us to pay deposit within certain timeframe yet at the same time they did not actually reserve the item for us. I’m truly disappointed in their customer service. Pls pls pls do reconsider if you would like to purchase from this store.

Founder, Evonne is very attentive and friendly, always offers me the best consignment price and pays out within 5 working days once each item is sold. Would recommend Luxmiila to everyone who is looking to shop and consign designer goods!
