Dr tgk muka saya dar jarak 2meter jauh, suruh buka mask. Then terus up sell suruh ambik treatment inject vitaminC, takder check kulit langsung ! Atleast bgtau or tanya apa concern customer.
Therapist tak friendly, takder explain apa2 pon.
Terus terburu2 buat facial.
Sebagai Customer yg dtg treatment mesti nak tahu keadaan kulit, tapi saya tak dpt apa2 penerangan.
Also ada lelaki dlm treatment ctr! Bila komplen cust service bgtau ini mmg center unisex. Tapi dalam iklan semua gambar pompuan ja. Hello. Amat2 misleading. Tolong stop promote service yg anda tak boleh bagi.
Offer raya RM208 drp RM699, amat2 mengecewakan.

Dr. tgk my face from a distance of 2 meters away, tell me to open the mask. Then continue to sell up, tell ambik treatment to inject vitamin C, destiny check the skin directly! Atleast bgtau or ask what concerns the customer.

Keep rushing for facials.
As a customer who comes for treatment, I must want to know the condition of the skin, but I can't get any explanation.
Also there are men in ctr treatment! If you complain about customer service, this is a unisex center. But in the ads all the pictures of the pump. Hello. Amat2 misleading. Please stop promoting services that you can't share.
Public offer of RM208 from RM699, very disappointing.
