★ ★ ★ ★ ★ collected my personal articles from MASkargo, it wasn’t a pleasant experience. We were told by an officer after 3.5 hours of waiting time to head home and come back within 2 weeks. despite having our articles ready in the warehouse, the reason given that was “lack of manpower”.
Fortunately, we managed to have a kind soul to help with submitting our D.O and collected our articles on that evening itself. The collection process took us (+/-) 7 hrs in total.
