It was our lucky day as we finally manage to try Egg Hor Fun (Rice Noodles) aka Tua Pan. I asked how long need to wait. He replied 10minute, I cross checked with my daughter whether I hear it correct or not as usual you need to wait at least 30minute or an hour. Obviously I order Tua Pan, waited 10minute, it came with deep fried fish which is yummy and crispy. While enjoying, I over heard he told others need to wait for 1 to 2 hours but I not see the crowd. Strategy or really a lot of take away? Make your own judgement
