★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spoke to one of the officers in Maybank, Jalan Bukit Ubi, Kuantan over the phone regarding a credit card service they provide. Very unpleasant and not helpful at all. I didn't get HER name but I guess this review says a lot about your customer service.
Manger of Maybank, Jalan Bukit Ubi, Kuantan please address this in your next staff meeting. The least the officer could do is put me in touch with an officer who could tell me more about the credit card that Maybank 'terhegeh-hegeh' nak I guna.

So far, with regard to counter staffs also no problem, very efficient although not dat frequent encounter.
