On our second visit - all they did was they gave us some documents to fill up but asked us to return in 3 days.
Appalling... just a sad team really.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The officer did not manage to solve my issue in MAE registration and asked me to call the customer service while the customer service asked me to visit the branch to solve the problem. At the end, no one can solve the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long queue.. Don't know waiting for what. Just queue under the hot sun at outside of bank for 2 hours and not allow customs enter the office. Just 5ppls in front me.
