β β β β β These guys have top notch customer service. All staff will greet every customer "Hello Welcome". They answer all questions very professionally.
More importantly They scan parcels immediately. That gives customers peace of mind.
Keep up the great attitude and great service.
to drop off parcels here, we drive further, find parking, go up 1 floor. It's not easy, but we rather do this than get bad service at mbe dataran prima. Where they never ever say hi, always in bad mood, and never scan parcels immediately.

β β β β β Raya Break is only May 2-4, but, they close from May 2-6, 2022. May 5&6 is not a holiday. So, Parcels dropped to them before May 2 were delayed for the whole week instead of 3 days only. The staff there is even a Chinese to celebrate more days than Malay Muslim staffs in MBE 1 Utama who are open and working on May 5&6 already. It shows that MBE Centerpoint doesn't give much care to their customer and are so lazy too.
I will never drop parcels to MBE Centerpoint anymore. If around Bandar Utama, MBE 1 Utama is better and more responsible branch.

Very efficient too. Once I dropped parcel, scanned immediately.
This outlet is located on the 1st Floor of CentrePoint. Very convenient to drop parcels.
