โ โ โ โ โ They have absolutely no idea what customer service is. Slow in response time to repairs which are critical to business cost and operations. Rentals are way too high compared to other suppliers. They certainly do not provide the premium service one would expect from the high rentals.

Mr Joseph is professional and his service is very prompt. A few hours after our first meeting, he sent me a professionally done drawing and explain to me what our options are. The equipment we rented arrived as it was promised and the installation was seamless. Throughout the past year and a half, our operation has different needs and adjustments and Mr Joseph and his team has worked tirelessly to ensure that our needs are met.
I strongly recommend Mr Joseph and Meika Stainless Steel Equipment if you are planning to open a restaurant or any Food operation. No job is too small or too big, the fee is reasonable and the service is excellent.
