★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waitress cleaned the table with detergent and wet towel, then immediately got to kitchen and put her fingers into the bowl and passed to customers.
Hygiene is bad. I think if they cannot wash hands, perhaps they can hold the bowl without putting fingers into the bowl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here at least 10 times. The soup is the best. This ramen shop is my favourite. Feels sad as it is Saturday evening but no other customers. Please support them. Son cannot finish his portion, so good that I can finish the food for him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was pretty good, tried their shiro ramen, broth has good flavour. Major downside is the service at this place. Entire team of staff members are like machines, almost expressionless and no friendliness to speak of. Don't feel welcomed there at all and basically no service other than bringing your food to your table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just tried my luck here, but to my surprise, I was amazed. The Shiro Ramen with pork shoulder tasted really good and the chicken teriyaki was quite scrumptious with all the ingredients exploding in your mouth at the right place.
Moroever, the green tea was bottomless :-)
The staff were quite attentive too.
I am sure to pay another visit here.
26/aug/18 : this is my second visit. The whole fleet of the servers has been replaced with Myanmars previously was Filipinos who spoke good English - not that the current servers are bad ?).
I have ordered the Black pepper Ramen with pork shoulder. Not that great compared to Shiro. It was kind of bland but it contains some good flavor to it. Anyhow, I insisted on adding some condiments to it - salt, chili powder, chili oil, and some dried onions. Then it tasted better. It was all going good until I tasted the salad - it tasted like it has been around cockroaches... The stench was overwhelming. So i left it after eating a little. I don't leave food usually ??
It was a package of ramen, ala carte and drinks. So for ala carte I ordered Pork curry rice. It was so disappointing to see the rice wasn't the actual Japanese rice. It tasted like the ordinary local rice. The meat however was tender and full with goodness ??. I ate the meat and left some rice behind.
I will surely be back again to eat the Shiro Ramen. Hopefully the taste won't change.
