★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use Merchantrade for the first time today using the eForex App. The system is plausible as I can exchange the money online and collect the physical cash on counter later. But the counter lady at KLCC Branch gave me 2pcs of 500HKD in exchange of RM532. I requested smaller notes because it doesn’t make sense for me to use one piece of 500HKD in small transaction, the lady told me that 500HKD is the smallest notes they have and refused to help me in any way. I will never use Merchantrade ever again because of this ridiculous issue. You should prepare some small notes for your clients for easy transactions. This is my worst money exchange experience. AVOIDDD!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have better rates than the other money changer in front of them. However, they do not exactly open as their published time. 10 am the staff will only start counting their money. We were waiting on the queue for about 10 mins or so before they finally opened 1 counter. So if you are on a rush, don’t come here early. Because if you ask them what time they are going to open, you won’t get straight answer but “Please wait a while we are counting money first.”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a fan of Merchantrade.Im using it for how many years already..This morning around 10:20am. Dec 26,2021.I wanted to send money to my family back home,the teller asked my passport and i prepared my money aswell and waited patiently.suddenly the phone rang the teller picked up and had a long conversations,The good "TELLER" dont care about the customer waiting for her..She dont care about other people's time..waited for almost 20mins,as if no customer waiting for her.So i decided to go CASHPOINT instead,than wasting my time and energy..Hope the TELLER must pay more attention to customers.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today about to send money, already informed the teller on duty that I'm going to send money,she first asked the passport, checked and all but leave us hanging on middle,bec.she was talking on her phone, I already preparing the money to be send but the she was on the phone talking none stop,ignoring us,customer also waiting patiently almost 20mins, we waited for her, hoping she will tend to us first but we reckon we will be waitning forever ( taking note I and my sister were the only costumer that time) . So we decided to leave and go cashpoint instead.
