★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't give zero. The parking is expensive for a place that has no decent amenities. The parking stair case is dark, smells of urine and is the only way to get out after parking. The unreserved parking spots in front of the building are blocked for no reason and the security (polis bantuan) is useless, they don't even understand the issue with parking and don't let you park. It looks like the haunted place with some nut case managing the facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking place is very far from the office. Old building, very quiet and skeri. The 4th floor office toilet was not well maintain. No flush?? Erk??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking is terrible. So far away. No safety. Now renovation is ongoing and does not consider the safety of tenant. It is very dangerous and dirty all the way from car park to go to office units.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small lobby, nice building, have nice view of the lake once you are high on top floors. Parking is cheap. Going to this place can be tricky using waze. Advisable to consult friends or people working at the building for exact location coordinates. I ended up at a restricted guarded and gated residential area (unrelated) the first time using waze apps. So be careful folks. Coming from Kuala Lumpur, needs to pas through a toll gate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quiet place with a run down parking area unguarded and without proper lighting or service lift and very far from the office towers. Parking is expensive for such a service. Mostly empty lots with no proper place to eat or buy basic neccesities. Nice view of the man made lake. Such a pityful waste of location. Could have been a great location if the management is proper and some refurbishment is made.
