★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rubbish of a place. A single person was manning their damansara office. Made an appointment and came for the appointment but office was closed because that one person was on mc. Unbelievably, their head office was upstairs and nobody even came to offer any assistance. Please do not fall for their offers because this is a very unprofessional place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh...I should have read all the comments first before I fell into the trap. I've just had the bad experience what you guys had encountered before. I received a voucher for scalp treatment. One day before the appointment, a girl called me to reconfirm the appointment. The next day just a few hours before the appointment, a male staff called and gave me the reminder about the appointment time. I thought they really valued their customer by giving me two reminders before the appointment. Bad thing happened when I reached their Damansara Utama outlet - the door was closed and locked. I called the number but no one answered. I went to the outlet again 30 minutes later, the door was still locked and inside the shop was dark. I called them so many times, but nobody answered at all !!! It was during office hour of a weekday!
