β β β β β Really great customer service. I placed a last minute order via whatsapp and they took the time to send me photos of their selections. I ordered a custom made balloon and they got it done in less than an hour.
When delivering they missed out one item so they arranged for another delivery immediately without any charge. Very pleasant experience. Will recommend.

β β β β β Thereβs room to improve for customer service. Since the day I enquired, I had to double text the shop to get a response. Furthermore, thereβs no delivery services, I had to order grab express myself. I have ordered from other shops previously and they can at least order grab or lalamove and charge me for it which I have no issue with. Worst part is within less than 2 mins of receiving the balloons, the big balloon exploded. Didnt even manage to get a picture. I texted the shop and they gave me a response of βballoons are fragile, you have to take extra careβ. Their explaination to the other complaint on google review was the same. I have ordered balloon bunches so many times and this is the first time that this has happened to me. Anyhow, they did design the wordings I wanted and send them to me before printing, which was a nice gesture. Price was reasonable if the balloon didnt burst. I got the balloons nevertheless but it was not the best experience.
