Highly recommended dishes in my personal opinion:
- Salted vegetables 鹹菜
- Braised Pork 鹵豬
- Braised Duck 鹵鴨
- Braised Tofu 鹵豆腐 (very tender and flavourful)
- Braised Peanuts 燜花生
- Pickled radish fried egg 菜脯蛋
- Braised Pig Intestines 鹵肥腸
Their Braised egg is lack of taste, so don't bother trying. Chicken is tad bit dry. 榨菜 is not recommended. Otherwise, generally very satisfying.
