Really annoying why u donβt do online approach why so old fashion one? Also i got go for blood pressure check last time and table so messy so unprofessional. Pj dy hotspot covid, u sure wan people crowd yr shop?

β β β β β The service of the staff and the pharmacists are friendly. They introduced the products' function and even ingredient very detail and is easy to understand. The price of their products are reasonable and cheap. Their products had been categorized and is easy to find. I had create a membership account there for the point collecting as more discount will be given. Besides, they will inform me when the item I frequently bought are in special discount or promotion packs.

β β β β β So the pharmacist seems to never be in the shop or maybe she hid at back?? Or u don't have one available? Hope u hire one soon. Its not a pharmacy if there is no pharmacist. One staff seems to be doing everything. Another things is I want to buy the supplements and got some auntie try to push other brands when I specifically asked for kornels but still push push to me buy the other one then she sit down and eat while watching other staff work. Is she a manager? Not very professional if like that. Just eating and chatting there. There seems to be another malay girl there, she is friendly and provides good hospitality. Hope she lasts there. I seem to always see new faces too often there. Last I see other places giving free calendars with purchase as it's almost new year. It would be a nice touch if ur place did the same since I see got new pharmacy open nearby. I really want to continue supporting small businesses, but it seems as time goes one , it's not getting better with time.
