★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually avoid leaving bad Google reviews but I have to for this time. I found this Clinic on Google and went there to have my mole removed in December 2020.
After the 1st removal, the mole recurred, thus I went back for retouch session. The Dr. denied that the mole was still there but said that it was just a scab which in fact it was CLEARLY NOT one. If a layman can tell that it was not a scab (it could be peeled off and it was underneath the skin) I'm pretty sure that a dermatologist would have no difficulty at all to tell the same.
After the 1st retouch, the mole recurred again. So I was offered another retouch session. I went, and the Dr. AGAIN told me that it was not a mole but scab. If it was just a scab, why would the Dr. need to laser it all over again?
Then after the 2nd retouch session, the mole recurred again. But the Dr. denied that it was a mole and insisted that it was "just a scab". Finally in my last retouch session (4th time there) the Dr. admitted that it was a mole and he has never encountered a case like mine before.
In total I had underwent 4 removal sessions but to no avail. I wanted to give them a chance and offered to pay for their service once again only to find out that they have blocked my number.
Hence, I had to look for the mole removal service form other clinics. I tried the mole removal service in another clinic last month and now my mole has been completely removed, in just one single removal session, using the same removal procedure and technology i.e. lasering the mole.
I thought that my mole was very deep down in the epidermis thus required surgical excision only to find out that the mole kept recurring because it was not removed completely during my FOUR SESSIONS OF REMOVAL here. I have totally lost my confidence in the Clinic and will not revisit the Clinic again.

Dr Elson is very professional, meticulous, and calm. He recommends what is best for me and the therapist explains every treatment process to me clearly. It gives me the assurance that I need.
