★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many times staying here as a checkpoint. When this hotel still new everything is good but its get uncomfortable day by day. Last time checkin its really2 uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try some other places instead. The room I stayed in had mosquitos in them. The bathroom is really small. The AC has no remote controller, so you had to get up to change the temperature. It also got hot from midnight till morning. So hot that I slept in sweats. A really terrible experience. Oh, and the shelf is crooked that my phone almost slide off of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not that bad just the small stuff.The air condition system (at least my room's) needs some cleaning and repairing. There's no closet but a narrow space that they put clothes hanger in it, not so practical with a desk blocking the space. Could be done better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZERO!!! rating, cancel booking when booked via Agoda, nobody answer call... most worst hotel in Gombak, bad experience when deal with them, simply ask find other hotel. Useless Agoda support only allow chat with robot, better uninstall Agoda app now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad for someone who looking for a budget hotel..but very inconvenient for elder people or someone with walking disability since they might not able to climb the stairs.. also no special parking for guest

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their family rooms are spacious enough for 4 people.the only thing that bugs me is their toilet flush coz it emits loud sound.another room,room for 2 is located at level 2 and 3.they have water dispenser at every level,which is convenience but they only have iron and the board at ground level so if your room are in level 2 and 3,it will be a bit inconvenience.the wifi was fast and available 24/7.their location is pretty easy to find as they are near Bank Islam.for foods u dont have to worry coz its a walking distance from Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus,Mee Tarik Warisan Asli and lotsa mamak.
