β β β β β Don't be fooled by the rather dark parking space in a run-down shopping mall. The inspection centre is staffed properly.
Inspection locations are conveniently located near my house. Just book a time and drive your car there for inspection. It was done within an hour and the bidding came soon. Initially the price they offered was very low, but after the bidding, I was surprised to be offered a price that I could not resist! So I immediately took the offer and drove my car the following week with all the necessary documents.
Fast, easy and hassle free, with a price that is much better than selling to second-hand car dealers! Definitely worth a try!

β β β β β Didn't have good experience today. MAYBE business has been too good for MyTukar.
1. It was unfortunate the carpark ticket machine was spoil today. So cars could only access via TNG. But I didn't bring mine. SO I was left with only the choice of going back home and come back again which would take me an hour. It was raining and traffic was bad. I felt that could be a better way. The customer service also couldn't advice if I would lose my appointment slot, and it's not Easy to get slots especially in the weekends.
2. Customer service didn't have good communication with the branches. After relaying my issues, customer service said she could get a runner to let me up within 5 mins. But I end up waiting from 3.20pm to 4.30pm. In addition there was no answer from their direct line. Overall I waited from 2.45pm to 4.30pm. And even until now (5.10pm), no one has to courtesy to call me back ?
Overall it could MAYBE have been a good experience if I had brought my TNG card. But the lack of communication and interest from MyTukar left a bad impression.

β β β β β I filled up the online form and received mytukar call to set appt for inspection.
i had the inspection at my house as im not familiar with their location & its within their coverage area
the offer was not on the spot. received offer after two days. it was almost the same as the other company. after negotiation, mytukar offered a higher price.
on the day of handover, the parking entrance are rather steep and quite challenging. they attend me immediately and after short re-inspection, signing and handing over the documents, within 30 minutes, the procedure settled.
now the payment part. They promised a 24 hours payment but mine is 24+3 hours. overall experience was good and smooth except the payment part as they set the expectation.
i hope the finance or mytukar can improve the service. please promise what u can achieve.

Similar experience with Joo Lian Khoo review, my TnG had sufficient balance but couldn't enter the car park due to machine error. I called direct line and said someone will come down to help, but in the end NO ONE came to help. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Don't bother coming here for inspection or myTukar. I waited 20 mins and nobody came to help me enter the car park.
I drove so far to this place and you can't even bother to help customer into your stupid location in Cheras Sentral car park.
MYTUKAR, DONT BOTHER REPLYING TO THIS UNLESS YOU CHANGE YOUR SERVICE. IM SELLING MY CAR TO CARSOME.
