★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first ever trip to Muar just for sightseeing when my car went overheating. It was a very hot day and Muar experienced terrible traffic jam due to road closures as Muar is the finishing line for LTDL 2018 on that day. Lucky I was next to few empty parking spots opposite the Muar Police station, I quickly parled and turned off the engine. Panic and don't know what to do, I decided to google for workshop in Muar and found N.S.Y. I just prayed it is a trusted and honest workshop, I gave a call and Yeow was on the line. He listened carefully to my problem and offer to come onsite to check. I warned about the jam and road closure he said its ok. He had to parked far away and walked to my car and found it was due to malfunctioned fan. He convinced me its a doable job and did some workaround so he could drive my car to his workshop. We had to use quite far route due to the road closure and we had a good chat on our way to the workshop. Yeow was very friendly, while explaining why the problem occured. After reached, he did his very best and solved the issue in about an hour. He also did some checks and informed me other things may need to be replaced in near future. Then he drove back my car to Muar town (where I left my wife with kids) and he walked back to his car. He even recommended and showed me a nice restaurant for my dinner in Muar with family that night. Simply a class service by Yeow. All the best to your business and keep up the first class service to all of your customers. Highly recommended.
