β β β β β I found your Hotline 24 Hours number from your website and trying to contact your company was the worst experience ever.
No one answered the phone and I received this auto-message:
"Hi, sorry I'm busy right now. If you want to rent a car, please reply GMCR"
So I replied GMCR and it prompted me to send many details. I followed all instructions and I received this "Thank you for your reservation. We will process your request within 1 hour".
I waited for hours, tried to call again many times, but no one replied AT ALL, not even the next day.
I am truly disappointed with your company. If your hotline is not working, don't trouble customers to type several long messages with pesky details with no follow-up AFTER DAYS. It's utterly unprofessional, irresponsible and obnoxious.
