★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today (28 Dec 2021) when I go to this branch to exchange my spoiled vitamin B complex that was before expirary date, the customer service staff that attended to me was Melia Tan/Mewa Tan (I cannot be sure of her name due to her very bad handwriting), she told me rudely that I cannot exchange because I bought it during carnival sales and told me it's written in the Terms and Conditions booklet. I was not aware of this policy and wanted to find out if it's not being able to exchange to different product or it cannot exchange to the same product even though it is spoiled. (I wanted to exchange to the same product) However, as I was trying to refer to why it cannot be exchange, she snatched away the booklet and shouted at me, telling me to just write a letter if I want to exchange. That is extremely rude and unacceptable , even after her disrespectful actions she did not even feel slightly wrong or sorry and continue being aggressive as though she did nothing wrong and wants to argue with me. I feel super disappointed towards her and I hope I can get a response from the managing team to such unpleasant experience from their staff.
