โ โ โ โ โ Really really bad customer service. They dont greet you, they play with their phone, they talk to each other and they dont talk to customers in a cheerful tone. But the product there is all good. Just customer service is very bad.

โ โ โ โ โ If u guys come to this shop, pls make sure u all look for a well-trained staffs for your screen protector glueing. I am been supporting Ninjaz for many years and minimal spend for screen protector and casing probably about RM100 to RM200 per entry doesn't matter in KL or penang, I was very trusted on their professionalism and respect. I always visit to Ninjaz, no matter how far its from. Everytime i went to change my screen protector I just pass my phone to them like that. Nvr think about its will happen on me. I passed my phone to a girl with short hair and big eyes lady. And She is very bad in services attitude. After collected my phone, my phone had full of glues. Its fine for me. I go back to redo again the screen protector with another guy. She was like nothing and no apologies. Then it's fine. I not even scolding at all. I get my phone and lefted. During the whole day. My phone speaker having problems. I was thinking its my phone own problem. After end of the night only found that my speaker had full of glues. And it's become solid. I bring my phone to repair center. They need to open my phone and clean the hardware. My phone being protected carefully for many years. Who's knows, because of this untrained lady, spoiled my phone and wasted my time to resolve the phone. Even the another responsible guy will pay for my phone damages, but who pay for my originiti? I bought my phone with RM4k + and its spoiled with this unprofessional lady, Seriously, pls well train your staffs before making harm to the society.

โ โ โ โ โ Cheaper but service need improve, less racist look will be nicer don't judge book buy cover some ppl look normal and yes we indian, but doesn't mean we don't have money to pay or we will stole, also some staff if dont like to work as serve do work.
