β β β β β On 28 July 2020, I arrived early but they check another 2 cars just arrived after me. Then check in @ 10am. Untill 3pm car still not move. Advisor said many cars today. If many cars, pls donβt take too much appointments laa.. Wasting time waiting from 10am. Many times complained also but no action from them. This place was so terrible. Pls improve..!!!!!

β β β β β I send my company van there for servicing but they asked for 50% deposit. I never know need to pay deposit??? When Iβm asking for invoice so I can transfer deposit, they are very rude. The way he talked to my peoples r so rude. Especially d guy handling my van name Sham. He sent a mssg to my guy βnak apa lagiβ? Tan Chong pls take a look on your service guy. He is damaging Tan Chong image.

β β β β β 8/10/2021 I sent my car for servicing / maintenance. Two days later 10/10/2021 my car having difficulty to start, need to press few times to start. 11/10/2021 luckily still able to start and sent my car back to same workshop. I asked 8/10/2021 got check battery condition, replied is yes. Upon checked, said due to battery life end. This means either no check or tools for checking is not reliable. But reason given is battery life is very hard to tell, which indirectly means no point to check.
