★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch did not measure my pupillary distance and made a pair that caused a year long fatigue. The branch in IOI city mall putrajaya took it and made a great pair, that needed almost no time to get used to.
Ask them to measure pupillary distance if you dont wanna end up tired like me. Owndays stores make the same mistake also.

Bought a RM 399 frame that came with manufacturing defect on its pad arms. Went back to this shop twice served by 2 different person (3 person in total including the one who prepared the spectacle when I bought for the first time), problem still not fixed.
Defect details and effects:
During manufacturing pad arms alignment isn't the same, one side of the arms was bended longer than the other one which leads to imbalance spectacle and extra stress was applied on one side of my nose bridge.
When I asked for assistance I was informed everyone have different shape of nose bridge instead of fixing the problem above. At this point I've fixed the problem myself with my own unspecialized equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to O.W.L Nu Sentral on 12.10.2021 to get a pair of glasses and it was ready to be collected on 15.10.2021. The staffs here were really helpful and professional. Ms Irish Jane assisted me from the beginning right up to the end of the whole process. She even helped me to choose the right frame. She was very patient to explain to me about the types of lenses available. Great service. Kudos to the team.
