★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best dentist I've ever been to. It has been years since I went for a dental check up because my last experience with a dentist was horrible. I was bleeding non-stop and that just made me hate going to the dentist. But the time came when I realized I really need to get scaling done. This young male dentist made me feel so comfortable. I have very low tolerance for pain and he actually kept checking on me if I'm okay. And then he asked me if I'd prefer to numb my gums and the rest of the treatment was almost painless. And the fees are very reasonable too. He's gonna be my dentist hereafter, I'm going for a wisdom tooth extraction soon.

He's so patient and meticulous and even though my mom went back later for a little adjustment, he's ever so polite and charming. Will definitely recommend him to whoever needs a dentist. Tq Dr Ooi for setting up your clinic in USJ 2???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am typically rather terrified when seeing medical professionals, be it doctors or dentists, but Dr. Ooi and his staff were absolutely wonderful.
The clinic itself is tidy, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The staff are very friendly, and upon just walking in and registering, I was seeing the doctor in a couple of minutes.
He was professional, asking about my medical history, and swiftly went about the clean without any pain nor discomfort.
I asked about getting a polish done, but the doctor advised me to wait for my second visit before we considered it. This instantly made me realise that the doctor cared about me long term as a patient.
A wonderful dentist, and I will most definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this dental clinic based on the reviews here. I'm very satisfied with the service provided here. Dr. Ooi explains all the potential problems that I have and let me choose which treatment needs to do first. Price wise I do think is reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic was recommended by by a friend. An appointment was successfully booked last Friday. My mum first time visiting this morning. Dr. Ooi , a young doctor gives us a very good impression - friendly, kind, patient and honest. We would highly recommended should you need a checking in the coming future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Young dentist with a soothing and compassionate bedside manners!
I had a loose molar extracted in a pain free procedure even after the anesthetics had worn off. Recovery was quick with no swelling. I was eating normally the day after.
An excellent doctor that I can recommend with no hesitation.
Note: I have a phobia of dentists. This is the only dental treatment that I have actually enjoyed in my life. Thank you, Dr Ooi!

I took my wife to have her fillings redone and for scaling.
Simple enough operations. However, it is a pleasant surprise when he called a day later to ask how my wife was doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started coming because of my parents who praised Dr. Ooi for doing a marvelous job on their teeth. He is very patient and explains in detail on teeth health and teach on prevention too. He is very gentle and attentive to patient.
Dr Ooi even does personal phone call to check in on his patients after a procedure is done.
The nurses are always helpful and usually call up a day before to remind on appointments.
Glad to have a great dentist in the neighbourhood
