★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to make new glasses after CMCO has been implemented. The lady who did my glasses was really friendly and helpful. I went to pick up my glasses the next day after its ready and another malay lady attended to give me my new glasses. Didnt even let me into the premise to check if the glasses is comfortable or fix it to fit my face. Even rushed me to go off. It wasnt even time for them to close yet. Had to come again to make it comfortable. So inconvenient just because of that lady. She has an attitude. Tell your employees if they are in the service industry, they should be more pleasant at least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was extremely pushy and rude, he kept pushing us to buy the expensive stuff and changed his attitude when we told him the price was not within our budget. Totally would not recommend buying from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was waiting for a solid 15 mins for someone to attend me. There were 3 staff just waiting simply doing nothing and another was attending another customer. All the staff saw me but didn't even bat an eye. A few minutes later another group came in after me and immediately the staff went to attend them. I don't know if this some casual racism or they just ignored me. Such bad service. Will never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are friendly, however not professional. I came here to replace a lens as my power has increased.
When I received the lens and put it on the glasses, I felt very uncomfortable and tears immediately came out after I wore the glasses as there are some problems with the lens of the glasses, but the staffs don’t recognize it, they claimed that it is my eye haven’t used to the power yet and they refused to help me send it back to the factory and checked again, until I strongly urged them to do so!
The second time after they sent it back to the factory and adjusted, the lens was ok, but the power was totally wrong until I could see blurry things only through the glasses! And the staffs again refused to helped me checked and asked me to test for two weeks first, as they claimed again is my haven’t gotten used to the new power of the glasses!
Hello, if the power is right, I wouldn’t have seen blurry objects! Your explanation doesn’t make any single sense!!!
Extremely disappointed with this shop, will never give a second chance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first, the staffs are very helpful and kind. The initial lady who I encountered was very polite. Everything was smooth up until the part where i have to decide on which package i should choose. The guy was enthusiastically promoting the packages and recommending the more expensive stuff to me. However as soon as i chose a much cheaper one, he immediately became cold and started to speak in Mandarin with his colleagues as if complaining about my choices. I was sure he was a bit annoyed and mad at me when he passed my glasses to the other lady at the counter. From that moment, both of them started to be dismissive of my presence. I felt uncomfortable and decided to leave the premise immediately. Hence, i don’t recommend this shop if you are not buying expensive packages hahaha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly, polite and nice staff. A malay staff attended me all the time. From choosing specs to eye testing. She attended me patiently and answered my queries politely. She even give some recommendation and suggestion, also some insight into the types and current technology of specs. I am here to buy a pair of blueray specs, for im dealing with lots of computing. Downside is that there is only 1 testing room available, so have to wait for a while, if there is another person testing inside. Overall good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first experience is great, the staff’s service is very satisfying. But the second time I came to the shop to pick up my glasses, the staff who is a Chinese Lady in the photo was so rude. If she can’t attend me & my husband at that time because she had a customer, She can just ask us to wait first but instead she shook her head and just walk pass us, its like she is asking us to get out from the shop. Another staff which is chinese guy also just walk passed us and didn’t even greet and ask what we need! Very bad customer service! The staff this time did not give us a good experience. This would be my last time to come here. The Malay lady who works here is really attentive not like their chinese staff but this time she is not there. They should learn how to give a good service to their customer first before start working. I am very disappointed!
