OYO 1145 Lea Guest House & Cafe

Cozy stay. It’s cheap but definitely worth 5 star rating. I didn’t expected to have so great experience here. I don’t know why there’s people pay a small amount of money but expected to have an experience of 5-star hotel lol. But this home stay definitely best for those who need to get a cozy and secured rest. Highly recommended.

Very bad service. We're being told there is no more room eventhough we already have the ticket reservation and was confirmed by the owner/agent via phone. The receptionist simply say "our system didn't capture your id reservation". It's just horrible!

Very affordable... double & single bed for 7+ RM. Quite noise cuz the room located in front of the road..but it is ok for us..

Overall, It was good stay. the staff was friendly. the room was clean. Things need to improve is the sound proof of the stay. I always can hear people walking, talking at the hallway while inside my room.

There is no food stalls or restaurant around here (nearest is shell station)

Do Not Use Credit Card. Use cash. Your deposit will not be give straight away. They bank transfer and you have to whatapp them you bank details. What a terrible service. Paid almost RM100!!!! And nothing like the picture and what we booked for. There are other same level place but much better and more space! Its just horrible. DIRTY! Ceiling had spider web. The table they didn’t clean. Had smell of coffee and ants!! Chair was dirty as well. The door very thin can hear people outside. Morning staff was so loud chit chating. Hello you have paying customer! Have some respect and be quiet. This is hospitality cheap or expensive you need to learn this. Got few bugs fly around. Got bugs in the toilet. Toilet seat was WET! See picture. What kind of house keeping is this? Toilet roll see picture for yourself, totally wet/dry you dont even want to touch it. Thank god I brought my own toilet roll! Had rust on the towel rail. Towel was not provided and didn’t mention in the description or at counter. Room cost should be less technically! Room was very small. It had a very strong weird smell that gives me a headache all night. They use old brown hand towel for their bathroom mat. So disgusting! Bedsheet was grey colour. Advertise was all white but didn’t get that. It had white stain like it had not washed at all and dust. Can’t sleep at all. Shower was the worst. Water flow was so weak. Sink water was terrible as well. NO WINDOWS for RM 100!!! Not what we booked for. No space to put luggage. No place to hang clothes just hooks behind door. Toilet exhaust so loud! AC just shut down in the morning. Woke up no air super hot. They have no lift. And the stairs is SUPER STEEP and SMALL!! Hard to bring suitcase up and dangerous. The hotel close at 12midnight. You have to tap in using side door after that. Upon check in the staff didn’t even have a nice attitude. They just sit and eat smelly food at the entrance. Not welcoming at all! Upon check out the owner checked our room, like as if this is 5 star hotel don’t have mini bar and no one is going to steal your yucky pillow. The owner should check rooms BEFORE PAYING CUSTOMER CHECK IN!!!!!!!! The WORST place to stay in PD!!! Avoid at all cost and spend else where. Don’t waste your money and have bad mood staying here! RM100 is ridiculous too much for this horrible place. This should only be cost RM 30. Never stay here again or any OYO partners.

The room and the bathroom was extremely clean. It's in a quiet part of town so it's great. Decently spacious room, we got the twin deluxe.

NOT RECOMMEND. Their rude staff sabotaged/cancelled our bookings and gave stupid reasons for the cancellation. Asked them to reinstate but they refused with stupid reasons as well. They were keen in protecting the rude staff instead of giving business to the hotel. To OYO 1145 owner you have toxic staff sabotaging your business. They are very good at twisting words and lied about the cancelled bookings. This is not the first case bookings has gone missing/cancelled. Beware..
