★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good security with CCTV at each level. Some ppl don't like the restriction but they don't understand all the restriction are to protect the residents. I always follow the SOP given, no issue so far to obtain all the approval. I like the management as they really enforced owners and tenants to follow the rules. Although the rules are strict but if everyone not following the rules, sooner or later it will becomes very unsecure and unclean living. This is also the only apartment I can see has lowest default owners who owed maintenance fees. Deduct 1 star is because the building has not paint for very long time.
