C	CM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant stay and trip. Owner v friendly and caring of our stay. Staff v good also. Flying fox, watchman tower, Kayaking and Broga Hill hiking are all excellent experience for my teenage children and ourselves. Thank you.
N	Nirmala Vijian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospitality, Cleanliness,Safety,Proper SOP you name it everything is extraordinary. The management and the staff superb friendly and very helpful. They are there within a minutes to help you in any emergency situation. We had few issues with transportation due to police road block and the management took their own vehicle and helped us to reach the resort safely and drop us back safely as well..Not forget the instructor who helped us a lot and made us enjoy the trip with kids...Even its rainy days the instructor still waited until rain gets over and made us to play with Lantern late night and made our wishes come true....Seriously each and every moment at Broga Resort really felt like i am at Paradise with kind hearted fairies. God bless you...

S	Saif Aman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely not a 5 star resort but there are good and bad when it comes to Paradise Valley Broga Resort. As a Muslim myself, I find myself in a awkward position knowing there's dogs everywhere in the resort. I find dogs as cute but they don't belong in the compount, I stepped on a dog fesces on the to the car that I have parked. They have great location for a weekend escape from KL, but I hope in the future you will improve the facilities like providing a hot spring for relaxation. Regarding the room furnitures and decoration, I believe there is room to improve in term of updating the interior. I felt like I was in early 90s vibe, I paid good money for this place and I thought it was gonna have a modern look. The TV is outdated, the pillow was not pleasant to sleep at all. Consider putting 4 pillow in one room for maximum comfort, we also had some mixed feeling regarding the dinner service. The fried rice was excellent! But the grilled chicken wasn't that fresh. The french fries came out of a frozen packet that you can bought in any supermarket. To pay 25 ringgit for the grilled chicken was disappointing. We were expecting a quiet dinner, but they had to play a chinese new year songs in the restaurant. My final thought was Paradise Valley Broga Hill Resort is not for those who is seeking a honeymoon spot or even for a relaxation space. Suitable for corporate office gatherings and high school activities or even with your families. 2 stars

Has multiple function rooms, very suitable for company retreat or workshop or team building. Their guides are well trained and have lots of patience - we saw them deal with a bunch of kids who were also there at the time.
