★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad experience...bought L310 epson mainboard..then when try to assemble it read as L360..try so hard to tell them the mainboard cannot use as my printer are epson L310 but they dont want to take responsible and keep telling their product are ok and they will not replace with another board..end up i just buy from good supplier from kedah JJPrinter Sdn bhd and my problem solve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Send a hp laptop here to repair. Before I send for repair, the laptop is only wifi card didn’t detect and I can turn On and boot into windows. So I ask them (Parts Avenue Sdn Bhd) to check the WiFi card. And they ask me to pay RM150.00 upfront if to diagnose the laptop and must leave the laptop there for 3 days. After 3 days I called them to ask the laptop status. And they told me everything is fine and the laptop WiFi is working. But the battery needed to be replace and they quote me RM300.00 for the battery and need to wait 2 weeks for the battery to arrive. So I agree with it. Fast forward to 2 weeks, they call me say the battery has arrive and ask me to collect the laptop. I went there immediately to collect the laptop. Then I waited at the counter for like 10min and a lady named (Diana) bring my laptop to me with a new battery. So I plug in the new battery to try to boot up the laptop. Surprisingly the laptop cannot turn ON. They try few adapter and the laptop still can’t turn it ON. She say the laptop need to leave again another few days to check. (I’m like What The Fish) ok. After few days they (Parts Avenue) call and say the laptop motherboard is faulty and need to change. Coz got water damage and quoted me RM2000+ to replace everrything.
Try to avoid Parts Avenue Sdn Bhd at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought 30 units of the HP Laser Jet Pro M404DN and I was amazed by the lower prices than other distributor. The lady boss Doreen was so helpful and nice. Her staff were also very enthusiastic towards helping me. Delivery time was Impeccable, came faster than I thought.Very Very satisfied with their service and I would highly recconmmend to anyone interested in HP products.
