β β β β β im very angry about the part to get no! Because the person is very root! Because on the imigresen part, your have no putting any notice for us that how we gonna to do! Make us come n go back so many time! And the person giving us the no. are very root! You cannot imaging we know everything! Because we are not work at imigresen! You all should tell us ! And this guy attitude is very bad! Please lah... You can sekali told us wat your need,and we prepare right! Somemore he showing u very action face!

When will be.my turn????

β β β β β Bad servis.. We called many times to make confirmation or asking about procedure to renew the visa or asking about passport on PKPP.. How many time also we ask you must talk very clearly and politely.. Don't tell us that u tired to repeat the same things.. Eventhough, many people ask the same things.. We must already prepare before go there because we don't want to go back many time to arrange the same thing it very waste time.

1.must have appointment
2.when you come for renewal , must wear dark colours shirt without any decorations. Also take note of no slipper no short short pants/skirt etc. Payment only by debit/credit card
**if working in Singapore ?? must bring original and a photocopy of your WP. Thereβs a photocopy service at ground floor canteen.
3. Every area you go must scan in with MySejahtera.
4.Pass your passport,Malaysia IC and WP (Original and photocopy) to counter 1 ..get Q number..1st time call your number to do thumbprint etc..2nd call your number for payment . You will get a paper ? and receipt with collection time (1hr) written on it .
5. Collect your new passport after 1hr at counter 1 . Happy Happy ? The End~
