β β β β β Today i went to pos office at 12pm to renew my license... guess what, i waited for 5 mins my turn and another 5 mins to get things done... the male staff in counter 1 (my bad, didn't get his name) was very fast n efficient... good job Pos Malaysia

β β β β β never bother to pick up the phone. posted 12 parcels and 2 out of it cannot be traced in poslaju website. keep on chit chatting to her colleague while processing my parcels. please concentrate during working time. don't create trouble to your customers.

β β β β β I went there during pandemic time, and one thing that I can say is that, the staff is very helpful, have to wait a bit outside because we can't all go inside. But the service deserves 5 star raring

β β β β β The queue is super long and if you are impatient, please don't come. Only 5 people are allowed to enter at one time. Living in Corona times, please bring your own pen, it really is unhygienic to ask and borrow pen from other people. Here to drop a parcel and it was fast.

β β β β β Extremely unpleasant experience! Staff efficiency should really improve. Processing so slow motion. With 3 counters opened, 1 hour later only process less than 20 tickets. Wasting customersβ time just because of your staff slow services.

β β β β β Went to ship off some stuff, the staff were great; have always been. But if youβre a shopee seller and used to dropping off items and no need to queue, this is not the case here.
Although just 1-2 items to drop off you need to take a number and queue outside. So if youβre rushing, best go to a different drop off point.
I hope that the management will provide a basket for shopee as Shopee has designated a priority lane for its sellers.
Otherwise, very satisfied with the staffβs service
