Service overall OK.Front desk officer, Don't just play your handphone, greeting and welcome is more important if you're in front line. Complain form or suggestions box needs for improvement services. Update: This is my second time go to this PTPTN Office,the officers are kind and friendly.You could just ask questions about PTPTN, the officer will answer you patienly(just be polite when you are asking).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the pakcik guard is very nice and it touched me that he thoroughly checked my documents first before proceeding to the next step. the counter service is also excellent as the pegawai does his job cleanly and very fast. overall, very satisfying and recommended
