★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website & notice board in front of the office say open at 8.30am. However waited until 9am only door open. Called careline also said 8.30am open. Maybe just my unlucky day. Call first, people, if you want to go in early as I am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad. Keep calling but no one picks up. And the continuous calling suddenly their got engage. This goes on almost 30mins. Had to personally go to their shop to ask for status. Until now the equipment yet to be repaired.
