★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a little shop serving authentic Peranakan cuisine. It is a family business and the foods are prepared by baba and nyonya. The foods here are delicious, and it is a no frills service kind of place with very reasonable prices. The foods served here include nasi lemak, mee siam, curry mee, bread toast, dessert like cendol and some other little dishes. Service is ok when there are not many customers. I tried the nasi lemak and cendol. Both are good

The order take so long and when they serve it the portion is really very small. The fried chicken is like 3 chicken wings cut into half. Then we decided to order one more. So we eat half of our rice waiting for that last dish. After 30 mins of waiting we ask the waitress to follow up our order since it takes too long already. She didn’t get back to us so we ask the cashier which seems to be their manager. She said the waitress serve our dish into the other table. I ask the manager if we can just cancel it because we already lost our appetite to eat. Then she insist to wait because they are now cooking it. I ask her no need to cook and she went to kitchen and came back carrying what we order. We just ask her to pack it instead since she resist to cancel the order. Bad service.
