β β β β β Went to service car and ask them politely to remove the dashcam wire stucked but they just cut off a still usable dashcam wire! The worst is your employee was the one place the wire inside the dashboard earlier and made it stuck!

β β β β β Horrible, pathetic and unprofessional people Iβve ever met. Thatβs how Iβll describe their service. Service advisor was so dumb that she didnβt even ask me if have any problem in car and just prepared the estimates. And most horrific incident was that they didnβt even touch my car for 2 hrs after giving them the key even though I went their with prior appointment and the service advisor also given the estimated delivery time 1-1/2 hrs. When I enquired after 2 hrs they donβt have an answer, even the service manager was giving me silly excuses and say sorry.
Later, I didnβt even allow them to service my car coz I donβt trust such irresponsible people.
In nutshell, please donβt waste your valuable time to go there.

Its okay to include the oltional thinga during service, but, please inform your customer.
I check with perodua website, the charges for 20k km is less than 200, but when advised by the advisor, its 320. I mean, its okay to advised on addtional things, but let them know which is which. When asked, his answer is so annoying
