★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried Pets Haven for the first time & swore it'd be the last. I've always bathed & groomed her myself with no problems except for some loud meows. After Pets Haven, my cat has a phobia with water when all I did was wash her paw! Her nail(s) bled from the trimming, her ears are still dirty, & the groomer missed trimming tufts of fur off 1 paw. Unimpressed, dismayed & rather in shock that my poor cat's 1st grooming session is as such.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this pet's place. It has got alot of dogs n cats products. I send my dog for grooming every mth. He loves it there. They take care of pets very well. Good place n always learn new techiques to take care of my dogs. A safe place for my dog. Their products are priced reasonable. They carry alot of organic products for dogs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit was alright for full grooming. Second visit for basic grooming is not as good. My puppy still had a chunk of chopped hair on her face after the staff brought her out. I’ll look for another place next time.
