Ask Manager number also don’t one to give , maybe scared make complaint, assistant groomer available , when call always say not available . Terrible service. Especially one thin Chinese girl always do grooming up, she is super infriendly, it’s like she hate her job

Swimming pool is dirty and staff attitude is just so awful.
Please don’t bother to come here cause they don’t bother to render their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly worker, lady with long red/ginger hair. Couldn’t bother to assist me when I asked about cat litters. Ended up carrying 4 bags of cat litter on my own to the car. Bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When to the store few times. There is a chinese lady that yelled all the time. Please be considerate to your customer as we want to buy things peacefully. I saw one time she is rough with cat that being boarding to this place. If you dont like to work with animal, please consider for job change as pets deserved to be handle with love and care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They offer great grooming services and products for both cats and dogs. However, the don't have much in the litter section. The staff was very helpful and the little Pomeranian that runs around the place is v adorable.
