I've been trying to get in touch with Customer Service via email, the Photobook Live Chat and Photobook's Facebook since the 3rd of December. It's now the 27th of December, and I keep getting auto replies - we're very busy. I understand there'll be a delay - but 24 days? I've sent numerous follow ups, and I don't know if you're understaffed or just said to hell with customer service - but this is deeply upsetting. I am a Photobook Pass Subscriber - and I will be terminating it after this, because there's no point being an added value customer to receive this level of service. My original review left in 2018 was a full five stars for exceptional customer service, and I ended it by saying I hope this could be maintained in the future.

Terrible quality and service. My photos are so bright but came out all darken and full with noise. Dont choose hard cover for small book very hard to view it. Expensive shipping with this kind of quality. Order 4 books but only came 2.so funny. Will not purchase again.

I had planned to order 8 photobooks, all the same. As I was used to the PC application PB Designer, I started the book using this. However, at the point of ordering and uploading, the app failed to upload. This was the beginning of a long process of communicating with the Help Desk staff. They were very helpful, although each time I had to deal with a different staff. After numerous emails and backend help, I managed to get all my books printed and delivered. Great staff, poor software.

My order was stalled for about a week, and order status was not progressing at all. I reached out to Photobook Canada 2x, absolutely zero response. Decided to reach out to Photobook Worldwide, and within an hour, they already gave me instructions to resend the order (they provided a custom voucher code to allow me to re-order it) and they kept me posted once they successfully received the upload. The Worldwide support team are awesome!

I purchased a photobook voucher via lazada. It seems soon after the product i purchased was discontinued and the voucher was blocked. I tried to reach out to the support team ...it was immensely difficult. There are many options for support (phone, online chat, email)..but all has the same response - due to high volume we cannot connect you to our support team. And then its left to wait it out to see if someone replies back. 1st reply came via whatsapp at 4am and then subsequent email giving solution which unfortunately did not solve the problem. Im still waiting for someone to reach out.

A couple of weeks ago I decided to try Photobook for the first time and ordered 2 sets of 4 magnets that they had on sale. After edited 4 magnets and added it into my cart, I decided to edit another 4, but unfortunately, I was having trouble combining the order of 2 sets (8 magnets) all together and decided to call the HQ/Help Center regarding that matter. They told me that their system can’t combine orders but have to do each sets separately- which means I have to pay shipping twice cause of the separate orders their systems can’t do. So, what I was expecting was, those 2 orders will be arriving separately. I was wrong; Photobook made me pay double the shipping due to not able to combine orders and they hypocritically send me both in ONE shipment. ??‍♀️ Another problem was their magnet is not sticking properly. Sigh. I guess the right term to use is β€œI get what I paid for.” The reason why I gave 2 stars is cause shipping was fast and the pictures turned out good. I heard tons of good stories of their photo books. So maybe don’t order their magnets?
