★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A terrible experience with order take away. Once I open the box, I was shocked by many cockroaches in the box running around. Unfortunately I didn't take pictures of that, otherwise I will report to Ministry of Health to spot check the cleanliness of the shop. I will band that Pizza Hut and let many ppl knows about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People are taking so long to order because they dont understand the menu. A take away combo can upgrade to favourites topping? Cannot use 2 vouchers in 1 order, but can use if make 2 receipt?
Domino is a lot easier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dine in only take away. Good thing is you order and pay here will be much cheaper than you order online and grab. For instance order and pay here for a large pizza at RM15 while order online and grab here cost you average RM40 for the same size! It might need 15 to 30mins of order and wait time but it saves you more bucks if you purchase in large quantity. Do your maths (updates: they have revised their food pricing hence no more RM15 large pizza now)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order collect time 6:34pm, I got my pizza at 7.30pm, maybe because of bulan puasa, this hour might be full order & they never control the order. Somemore, never give me 3 set of garlic bread.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of most cozy pizza outlet. Order pizza via smartphone or apps to take away only. Received pizza in warm conditions with in 30 minutes. Garlic bread, soup and onion ring really nice taste. Excellent customer service providers by the cashier. ?????
