★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I WANTED TO GIVE 0 star due to stupid service and attitude from the short malay girl manager and Indian girl employee. No sorry no way to solve only ask us to contact CS by ourselves. The Worst and no improvement at all. The Indian staff very bad attitude & will scold customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been made several round trips to this store these past few days. First 2 times I come around 10.30pm cz I can understand ppl buka puasa so I know it must be crowded and I respect the Muslim's. Yesterday I came 8.30pm they said close order. Today I repeat again come to this store. Again they giving me excuse cannot accept order..Such a lousy excuses. Such a bad experience with this store. This store not even eligible to get that 1 star also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered at 6.17pm for iftar but now at 7.34pm we are still waiting. Luckily me and wife bought KFC as a backup plan. Tables that was served with food now still waiting for their drinks. Seriously, this is not an outlet I'll recommend.

There is not many customers in the restaurant either.. Just 4-5 tables with customers was dining in..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of food was not up to the standard. Garlic bread turn to butter bread ?. Mushroom soup half of cup only instead of full ?. For taking order takes 20 minutes by the staff and for preparation pizza adviced as 20 minutes but its take more than an hour ?. Only one staff who taking order and delivery, really pitty her. Extremely disappointed with this service ?. Kindly improved the service by increasing staft and quality of food. However service can improved in term of alertness to customer needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely lazy, bad and rude staffs. Ordered a crispy thin crust pizza, and kept waited for more than half an hour, the adjacent table customers came much later but their food was served very fast, we wondered what took them so long, and I asked the waitress, shortly she just put the pizza on the table and left without any explanation and apology, when i ate the pizza, it is not crispy at all, in fact there weren't many customers in the restaurant, and most of them were already had their orders served. Apparently the pizza I ordered was ready, and been laid on the counter for very long time, until it became soft and wet.
Asked for pepper, the waitress simply walked away, and kept me waiting, and i had to put on mask to go to the counter and self help, the other waitress then told me they don't have pepper~ shouldn't they just inform us immediately instead of being so ignorant?
And coming to serving dessert, they just simply swapped the flavor and dump on our table, instead of informing me that the flavor chosen is not available, and asked if I want a change of choice. Running out of stock is not a problem, but being so ignorant and rude is.
The person in charged later apologized, and admit the quality of the staffs, he also explained to me that the wages is too low, compared to other hourly pay at Rm7/hour, Pizza hut is just Rm5.80/hour.
But, I just wondered, with that kind of working attitude and mentality, are they competent enough to get great pay job?
These people is not fit enough to go in the job field, because they lack the right attitude and aptitude.
Extremely bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff doesn't put on masks properly, ordering system kept going on errors (several of us facing same issue) with repeated orders coming out. Staff's attitude was not being concerned at all with the error orders and when we asked of the pizza flavours they just simply gave one wrong flavour and walked away ignorantly.
